Il camoscio è un pellame pregiato, amato per la sua texture morbida e vellutata. Grazie alla sua particolare lavorazione, che ne esalta la superficie soffice, il camoscio offre un tocco di lusso e raffinatezza a qualsiasi calzatura. Oltre all’estetica ricercata, questo materiale è leggero e traspirante, garantendo un comfort ottimale anche per un uso prolungato. Tuttavia, il camoscio richiede una cura adeguata per mantenere la sua bellezza nel tempo, proteggendolo da umidità e polvere. Per mantenerlo in condizioni perfette, si consiglia di utilizzare spray impermeabilizzanti specifici per camoscio e spazzole morbide per rimuovere delicatamente polvere e sporco.

La lavorazione a sacchetto è una tecnica artigianale che combina flessibilità, comfort e maestria. A differenza di una lavorazione classica la fodera, prima di essere lavorata, viene cucita attorno alla forma della scarpa come fosse un guanto o, appunto, un sacchetto. Successivamente, la scarpa viene stirata utilizzando una forma riscaldata e battuta a mano fino a ottenere la forma perfetta. Tra la suola e la fodera viene inserito un materiale imbottito traspirante, che favorisce l’assorbimento degli urti e contribuisce al comfort della scarpa. Inoltre, a differenza della lavorazione tradizionale, non viene impiegato un sottopiede rigido, permettendo una maggiore libertà di movimento e leggerezza nel peso. Il risultato è una scarpa estremamente flessibile, che si adatta perfettamente ai movimenti naturali del piede, mantenendo un'elevata resistenza e durabilità nel tempo.

Shipping is free on all items. The order is typically processed within 1-2 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) from receipt and shipped on average within the following 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the courier's pickup. During holidays or vacation periods, the timelines may consequently be extended.

Returns

Returns are free throughout Italy and very easy to complete. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +39 393 978 7389 to request the return label (the service is available from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00), apply it to the original or similar packaging ensuring that the goods are well protected, and deliver everything to the nearest courier drop-off point, easily consultable from the courier's official website. Alternatively, you can use any other courier at your own expense or visit us in-store!

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be tried on but must not be used and must be returned intact with all their parts (packaging, labels, protective films, etc.).
 

Changes

If you prefer to exchange the ordered item for a different size or model, you can do so by requesting it from our customer service, ensuring first that the items you want to exchange are still available on our site. The item to be exchanged must be previously returned following the same return procedure described above and adhering to the same conditions. If the returned item is eligible, we will proceed with sending the new item, with shipping costs being free for the customer. In case of a price difference between the two items, a balance will be requested from the customer via a simple link by email, or we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method used by the customer at the time of order.
