Purchasing a Digital Gift Card

On the website guja.it, a range of Gift Cards with predetermined values are available and can be purchased like any other item by selecting the desired denomination and adding it to the Cart.

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Gift Card code, which can be forwarded to the gift recipient. The Gift Card(s) will also be included in the Order Summary received via email.

Using the Gift Card

The gift recipient can use the Gift Card on the Guja.it website, with no time limits and for any purchase in the same currency and country where it was purchased, excluding the purchase of new Gift Cards.

After completing the cart and destination details, it will be necessary to enter the Gift Card code in the designated section at checkout: if the amount is less than the cart total, it will be possible to select the payment method for the difference. If the amount is greater than the cart total, the cart amount will be deducted from the Gift Card value, and the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Returns of Items Purchased with a Digital Gift Card

If an item purchased with a digital Gift Card is returned, the refund will be issued via a new digital Gift Card and using the same alternative payment method used for the purchase, where applicable.
