Shipping

National and International Shipping 

Deliveries are made free of charge throughout Italy, except for Livigno and Campione d'Italia. For deliveries to other international destinations, the shipping fee may be waived upon reaching a minimum purchase threshold, which may be communicated on the website; otherwise, it is the recipient's responsibility and may vary based on the volumetric weight of the delivery and the destination country. In any case, express fast shipping is never free, as it is always the customer's responsibility, and a specific request must be made to customer service before the goods are shipped. In case of issues related to international and national orders, you can send an email in advance to ecommerce@guja.it: we will do our best to deliver your order. 

Each product is carefully checked and packed to ensure a delivery without surprises. Small marks due to possible in-store trials are to be considered within the tolerance margin.

The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the User, in the manner and within the times indicated in the order summary and reported in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the delivery terms indicated in the order confirmation should account for the normal time required for the delivery of the Product from the moment the courier takes charge of the delivery.

Delivery times and tracking

Starting from the order processing, which can take from 1 to 3 working days, national deliveries are made within 24/48 hours from the moment the courier takes charge, throughout Italy except for islands and remote locations, where an additional day may be required for delivery. During sales/clearance periods, due to the high volume of orders, shipments may experience delays.

For international shipments, deliveries are made within 1-4 working days in Europe, 3-5 working days to the Asia-Pacific region and the rest of the world. 

The User will be able to check the progress of the shipment through the tracking code (Tracking ID), available on the website and communicated via email.

Delivery

Users may refuse to accept the package if visibly damaged, noting such refusal on the courier's delivery document.

Upon delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies by writing an email to ecommerce@guja.it.

Non-delivery and Storage Liability

The Owner is not liable in any way for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies, absence at the time of delivery, and omissions made by the User in completing the purchase order, nor for any damages or delays occurring after delivery to the courier if the latter was appointed by the User.

It is the User's responsibility to monitor the shipment status and cooperate to arrange a new delivery attempt in case of non-delivery.

Any storage costs will be borne by the User.

If the shipment ends up in storage due to the reasons listed above and the recipient does not provide any instructions for redelivery, the package will be returned to our headquarters. In this case, any storage and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount due to the User. 

We invite Users to carefully verify the shipping details and monitor through the received tracking to avoid storage situations.
