Buy a Digital Gift Card

On the guja.it website there are a series of Gift Cards of predetermined value that can be purchased like any other item, selecting the desired value and inserting it into the Cart.

If you don't find the right size for you, you can write an email to ecommerce@guja.it : we will create a Gift Card for the desired amount!

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Gift Card code that can be forwarded to the recipient of the gift. The Gift Card(s) will also be included in the Order Summary received by email.

Using the Gift Card

The recipient of the gift will be able to use the Gift Card on the Guja.it website, without time limits and for any purchase in the same currency and country in which it was purchased, with the exclusion of the purchase of new Gift Cards.

Once you have completed your cart and destination data, you will need to enter the Gift Card code in the appropriate section at checkout: if the amount is lower than the cart amount, you will be able to select the payment method for the difference. If the amount is higher than the cart amount, the cart amount will be deducted from the Gift Card value and you will be able to use the remaining amount for new purchases.

Returns of items purchased with a digital Gift Card

If an item purchased with a digital Gift Card needs to be returned, the refund will be made by issuing a new digital Gift Card and using the same alternative payment method used for the purchase, where available.
