National and international shipping

Deliveries are made free of charge throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno and Campione d'Italia. For deliveries to other international destinations, the shipping fee is paid by the recipient and varies based on the volumetric weight of the delivery and the country of destination. In case of problems relating to international and national orders, you can write an email in advance to ecommerce@guja.it : we will do our best to deliver your order.

Each product is carefully checked and packaged to ensure a delivery without surprises. Small signs attributable to a possible test in the store are to be considered within the margin of tolerance.

The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the User, with the methods and times indicated in the order summary and reported in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the delivery terms indicated in the order confirmation must include the period of time normally necessary for the delivery of the Product from the moment the courier takes charge of the delivery.

Delivery times and tracking

Starting from the order processing which can last from 1 to 3 working days, national deliveries are made in 24/48 hours from the moment the courier takes charge of the order, throughout Italy with the exception of islands and remote locations, where an extra day may be needed for delivery. During the sales/clearance period, due to the high flow of orders, shipments may be subject to delays.

For international shipments, deliveries are made within 1-4 working days to Europe, 3-5 working days to the Asia-Pacific region and the rest of the world.

The User will be able to check the progress of the shipment through the tracking code (Tracking ID), present on the site and communicated by email.

Delivery

Users may refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged, by noting such refusal on the courier's delivery document.

Upon delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies by writing an email to ecommerce@guja.it .

Failure to deliver and storage liability

The Owner is not liable in any way for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies, absence at the time of delivery and omissions committed by the User in completing the purchase order, nor for any damages, delays occurring after delivery to the courier if the latter has been appointed by the User.

It is the User's responsibility to monitor the status of the shipment and to collaborate in arranging a new delivery attempt in the event of a failed delivery.

Any storage costs will be borne by the User.

If the shipment is held for the reasons listed above and the recipient does not provide any instructions for redelivery, the package will be returned to our office. In this case, any storage and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount due to the User.

We invite Users to carefully check the shipping data and monitor the tracking received to avoid storage situations.
