Shipping
Shipping is free on all items. The order is processed on average in 1-2 working days (Tuesday-Saturday) from its receipt and shipped on average in the following 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the courier's collection. During holidays or vacation periods the timing could consequently be longer.
Returns and exchanges
Returns
Returns are free throughout Italy and very easy to do. Contact our customer service via Whatsapp at +39 393 978 7389 to request the return label (the service is active from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00), apply it to the original packaging or similar making sure that the goods are well protected and deliver everything to the courier collection point closest to your home which can be easily consulted on the courier's official website. Alternatively, you can use any other courier at your own expense or come and visit us in store!
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The items can be tried but must not be used and must be returned with all their parts intact (packaging, labels, protective films, etc.).
Changes
If you prefer to exchange the item ordered for a different size or model, you can do so by requesting it from our customer service, making sure first that the items you want to exchange are still available on our site. The item to be exchanged must be previously returned following the same return procedure described above and adhering to the same conditions. If the returned item is suitable, we will send the new item, the shipping costs of which will be free for the customer. In the event of a difference in price between the two items, the customer will be asked to pay the balance via a simple link via email or we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used by the customer when placing the order.
